Great company to work with, from initial consultation to the end of the project, I just couldn't ask for more. Communication amazing Quality of work amazing Quality of products amazing Price not the cheapest but not expensive (you get what yiu pay for). Office support with plans, permits and design was really smooth. They finished my project 2 weeks ahead of time, Raniel and the crew cleaned up every day. To conclude: highly recommended!!! Would not look anywhere else.
My bathroom was so outdated and needs repairs, I contacted Affordable Design and Remodeling for total remodeling which includes shower area from plastic mold to tiles, hangs the lighting from ceiling to wall, toilet change,, vanity change, baseboard , and painting and switch outlets. In addition to this, issues came up with leaked ceiling from upper floor. Nadeer snd team continues to work straight for 2 weeks and finished the project. My bathroom now is new, all repairs done, and corrected the leak and still finished the 2 weeks timeframe. The workmanship was of good quality and professional. They were prompt and fast. I would recommend this business to my friends.
We looked on yelp to find a reputable business to do some landscaping for us. Called several companies but decided to go with affordable design. Now let me tell you why we were so happy with them. Dain and Mia came out to see what we wanted. Gave us a estimate when they were here so didn't have to wait. The crew started the following Monday. Juan was the crew boss and he was excellent and his crew was great too. They were always on time, worked very hard everyday especially with this heat, kept us informed and cleaned up every night. They did a beautiful job and finished ahead of time. Can't say enough about how wonderful these people are. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY. TRY THEM !!! A special thank you to Mia who was so good with checking in daily to see how things were going and if she could help in anyway.
I was referred to Nadir from a friend who just loved her kitchen remodel with ADR. I also had a wonderful experience with this contractor. Nadir, Adan and his crew were just so easy to work with. Nadir has a very good eye for design to help you plan your project. The work was clearly spelled out beforehand, the quality of work was impressive (such attention to detail), and Nadir was onsite as much as possible to keep the project running smoothly. We started with remodeling all bathrooms. A friend said the completed bathrooms look like they belong in a high end hotel. We liked the work so much we decided to install new floors and paint the the interior of the house. I have a new house!
I am posting this review as i know how hard it is for find a good contractor, hope this helps. I can't say enough about these guys. Finally I found a contractor that is not only capable of achieving my vision but also is on time, communicates well and clean during the job. We had a complete renovation done to our Tuscany home which had alot of obstacles and needed a true professional opinions and solutions, Nadir was there with us to solve it all and his crews are just a delight to work with. Outstanding work. I came across Affordable Design and Remodel through a referral who had mentioned Avi had done a great job in their home. I was a bit hesitant at first because I had never heard of the company BUT I have to say, his work is incredible. We had reached out to Avi to remodel our master bathroom and daughters bedroom. Everything had to be remodeled from flooring, to a new shower, to installing a brand new closet in the bedroom. Not only did the remodel take a short amount of time but Avi was attentive and very good with communication. He came to our home every other day to check on the progress and make sure everything was coming together within our timeline. and the best part of it all, he had the best price i could find for what i needed done! Definitely recommend hiring him for your next remodel/ home project.
I'm so impressed with the pool Nadir and his crew built for us. Honestly,I was scared to start a new project on the house. But he made it so simple. The company pulled all permits that were necessary and took care of anything I needed. Which made my life much more easier. I did have a couple cheaper bids but it was worth every dime.
